if I'm burning more calories than I am taking in, then why am I still gaining weight? I know I've gone over my allotted 1000. only 1000 because I have a low metabolism. I don't burn up calories quickly.
69.4 kg Lost so far: 28.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
