Nice morning weigh in at 244.0 after fasting day one this week. Only ate 400+ calories yesterday. Just wasn't hungry after dinner, so didn't eat just to make the 600 calorie limit.
110.7 kg Lost so far: 36.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
