Had lots of nice food on Saturday and Sunday. Ate light today, but weigh in was 249.0. But the inches have been lost. Looking for a new low by Friday afternoon.
112.9 kg Lost so far: 34.5 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
