so I'm not going to beat myself up over this. my last weigh in was over a money ago at the doctors. due to being pregnant I am expected to gain weight and I have not been able to handle this constipation due to baby. I was on day 4 of my struggle when this was taken so I am not truly in belief this was 100% my weight and not a huge influx due to blockages. so not beating myself up and next month I'll make sure to use that fiber in overtime before my weigh in to get a clean reading.
124.7 kg Lost so far: 73.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
