The weight's creeping up. I'm actually exercising more, working out with weights 3 days a week, taking a couple of walks with my dog and usually more with my husband, cleaning the house (who knew it was so dirty?), cooking a lot and certainly not going out to eat at those calorie-laden restaurants! It's the wine. Damn!

Tonight was ricotta cheese lasagna and salad and of course a nice cabernet.
57.4 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

my body does that too. I think when I increase my exercise it says holy crap were starving save everything we get. just a thought. but I can fluctuate several pounds a week. then one day it falls out somewhere.

Keep up the great exercising. Maybe only have the wine on certain days of the week?
