Day 5 of a planned 5 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting

Last night I had cream of mushroom soup. Technically, for me at least, it was still a ‘liquid’. However, it was salty (because I put a lot of salt in it). That usually causes a ‘bump up’ in my weight.

All next week rain is planned, so I won't get to walk 😒

🏋🏾‍♂️ The thing I have really noticed is that without lifting heavy weights, for what has now been 3 months, my body does-not-look-so-good 😒

I will wait until this stuff is over before trying to lift heavy. When I do things like "a lot of pushups", I always injure myself and it takes months to ‘get back to normal’. This reminds me, that right now, I have no ‘aches or pains’.

Suggest form vs. heavy weight. I was trying heavy weights vs. comfortable weights & the 2nd process didn’t cause pain. So far, still keeping the muscles 💪!!

@Srossca - I have no doubt't it is 'bad form' on my part that causes the problem :) For whatever reason, when I get under a bar with 240lbs+ and my weight belt (that also helps my form) I seem to be able to *concentrate* better 😜 and not get injured. But, pushups... I am sooo 'sloppy'...

Yeah, push-ups...it’s hard to keep your back straight. The stomach wants to take over!!
