Stay-at-home orders are challenging for maintaining/dieting and exercising. I find myself walking a lot less working from home (WFH). My latest goal has been to help my wife finally get here weight-loss journey started. She has been complaining about her weight for years and is open to my help.

My plan:
16:8 intermittent fasting
30 minutes of aerobic activity a day (walk/jog)
30 minutes of anaerobic activity a day (strength)
30 minutes of yoga (stetch/mind)

So far, she is down a few pounds. Not much change in her eating habits are needed. She does eat a sensible vegetarian diet. Just eliminate the in-between meal snacks.
73.0 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.1 kg a Week

I couldn't cut out all snacks, it did weird things to my blood sugar. But PLANNING my snacks, working them into my daily calories, helped a lot!
