Water loss after the exercise bike session is incredible but can’t beat it as a form of a calorie burning workout - now to rehydrate 👍
81.4 kg Lost so far: 15.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.8 kg a Week
