Ok, so the gym works..... even though I can’t move!
85.7 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Today’s workout Billy Blanks Tae Bo.... halfway through I was beginning to think he was trying to kill me!! I’ll stick with the treadmill, weights and bike tomorrow
