Given the situation in the UK, I abandoned alternative day fasting and started aiming to eat one vaguely healthy meal a day and upped my daily exercise: squats & dumbell exercises (much easier this last 7 days as I've been housebound). Surprised and pleased with that result.
91 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
