Had a small gain in weight this week, having previously lost weight for 11 weeks in a row not sure how I feel about the gain it had to happen one day, exercise level down at 7162 steps/day average and eating more due to self isolating and boredom so I am not surprised. I am below my goal weight so still happy. Take care and keep well.
71.8 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I feel your pain, before isolation I was down to 74kgs, gym every day 2-4hours with sauna & steam room thrown in for good measure..... let alone the 2-4 hours of walking to and from the city !!! Then along came isolation...... do I have to even go on LOL, yep you got it!! Weight has gone up to 79kg, walking is now almost none well every other day I go for 2 hours, alternating with a 8mile jog around the block like 6 times on the other day....... BUT no, just can’t get back down. As for eating I’m doing the same, boredom eating and all the crap things..... hopefully when there all gone ! Things might change 🙏 I can only hope 😀😀😀
