My average daily calorie intake as been 2509 kcal this week, with this weeks weight loss Iv'e lost weight for the last 11 weeks in a row since jointing FS. I have not been well this week, as I have a virus I don't think its Covid 19 but I have been self isolating, had to go grocery shopping and walking Boris but staying away from people, Exercise level 6601 steps daily average this week, down from 16211 the week before. I feel this weeks weight loss is down to the virus and would be happy to put on a couple of pounds for next week. Stay happy and healthy all on FS

Hi Peter, I’ve just got my 3rd rescue dog. I lost my last one around 6 weeks ago. She was a Staffy, around 15 yrs old. Poor old girl was riddled with cancer. I’ve a 1 yr old Lurcher now I’ve named Larry. He’s had a few other choice names fired at him 😂 he is a great beast, totally lacking in manners, over exuberant and over friendly but hey, I’d rather that than a biter. I would always advocate going for a rescue dog, a little love goes a long way with these poor dogs. Well done you sir. Boris? 😂 brilliant name 👍

Hi mrgscott3 I think you are going to have a lot of fun and good times with Larry, as you will know Lurchers love to run when he as had a good run in the fields he will be hungry, time for training, and as he get older he loose some of the over exuberance, but you will know this Larry the Lurcher good name, happy days.

Peter, please it’s George. FS gave me the mrgscott, it’s the beginning off my email address. Yes Larry loves to run around. He’s super fast. Unfortunately he has next to no recall mainly due to his very high prey drive. We’re working on it though. I was a dog handler in the RAF Police many moons ago. I’ll get him socialised and learn him some manners 😂 he just wants to play 24/7. I’m his first home, he was picked up as a stray, starving, wandering along the A1 road. A little bit attention goes a long way with these dogs.
