Wii Fit weight: 139.1
Probably could have been better if I didn't cheat last night and eat salty snacks on the couch while watching TV. I didn't enter this on my food diary...... Sometimes we addicts do have relapses. Then of course we deny and lie, which is why I didn't enter the cheat. Food still has me in its grip. 139 is a heck of a lot better than the 157 I was 3 months ago, but my goal is in sight and I need to keep the faith and not lose heart.
63.1 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Hi Glen - I actually can't do it alone right now. I got so far off track and it was a vicious cycle so I joined Lindora "Lean for Life" which is accountability (like your phone report but in person) They weigh me and coach me. I try to do everything they tell me to do. Some day when I can trust myself again I won't need it as much but right now I need it. Weight Watchers didn't work because if there is any leeway at all I take advantage ("It's only 3 points - it won't count") and other lies. Thanks for the kind words. Even with all the support it is still hard. I am a gourmet cook and I love food like you wouldn't believe. BUT I really want to finally be really FIT like when I was younger. Life is so much better not lugging around excess weight. Good luck and stay in touch - you can do it.
