had my annual family st. Patrick's day dinner yesterday, a little smaller than usual because of coronavirus, but planned ahead and skipped lunch and only had ONE portion! I skipped my mom's soda bread and didn't take any to go... I'm going to regret that Tuesday when I don't have any soda bread until next year, but won't regret it when I'm on the scale, lol. Now I just have to practice self control and pace myself on the leftover colcannon and remind myself that the kale in it does NOT make up for the pound of butter in it :)
