Starting again with healthy eating. Done weight watchers in the past which worked quite well although really I just went to the weigh in once a week and ate healthily. Will stick to porridge for breakfast, healthy meal deal for lunch and a healthy choices ready meal for dinner and try to avoid snacking.
91.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
