I had 2 nights out last weekend. thought I hadn't been too bad. Monday morning weighed myself. 5 flaming lb on!!. taken me all week to shift it. only out once this weekend. let's hope the damage won't be so bad.
108.2 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 23.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
