Damn it! I knew it cause I didn't exercise yesterday. Decided to just chill. That's ok though....I'll be back to 129 point something tomorrow!

On days that I am not able to swim or do another form of activity I try to eat accordingly. I typically don’t change what I eat just the portion.

Kenna same here for me. My foods do not change much day to day but on more active days I just consume more of the same type of foods I eat on less active days.
