Got rid of all water weight in order to be able to show this 2 pound loss. My weight will pop back up soon unless I am very careful! Today I will do a "protein day" with as few carbs as possible. That sushi I had last night will catch up with me if I don't. My goal for the weekend? Not to lose, but to STAY at 138. If I can do that, I will be happy.
62.6 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
