Gotta stop eating out at weekends!

Normally eat reasonably at weekends.... That particular one.... Well curry takeaway with friends on the Friday, Thai restaurant lunch with friends on Saturday followed up with lunch at a friend's place. And although I avoided the heavy carbs, I still ate too much!!! 🐷🐷
