I can hire a camera crew to follow me around 24 / 7 to see how these excess calories are getting into my system.

OR

I can stop resisting and start tracking again until I get a good handle on this.

Moving on.

Have you considered tracking your shit all the way until you reach your body fat goal? Personally, as soon as I think I "have a handle" on anything - parenting, business, fat loss, woman - I am 100% assured of an imminent reversal. Let's go, brother! #getserious #grindtime #mindset #gogginsmode

One thing I learned in January when I did the Daniel fast for 21 days (very strict vegan) is that if I only eat plants I would not have a weight problem. But that being said...…….I need to get to the point where I really prefer to eat plants over processed food. Good luck with your journey Ches!

Thanks @Fritzy 22 - I don't want to cut out anything. I need to exercise more discipline.

I just need a coach to follow me around and slap all the "bad" foods out of my hands! 😅😅

Thanks #1loser and HCB. LOL @Diana 1234. That would be funny. I am way better than this and I can do better with my choices.

Tracking is cool!! I'm finding it so much easier to program myself for foods that my blood glucose can tolerate and--for me very important--how much. I've finally begun to lose some weight too, and I credit the careful LOGGING in this app for both things. Seeing the numbers on the screen is a big help in seeing the results, good or bad. And being put on a new med to inject once weekly has helped, but had to switch due to ocular migraine but Trulicity is also causing them, so may ask to go back to the former drug that had a lower copay.

I'm getting back to tracking all the things as well, let's do it!

Yessss!!! Let's do this @GopherIt2 and @dhatura. Upping my water intake as well. I will live in the bathroom. 120 - 200 oz daily to match my activities or lack there of.

I feel ya'. I hate logging, but I lose when I log and gain when I don't. Pesky little facts.

Ditto what Diablo said. No worries, you will figure it out... CICO!!!

Good luck Ches...for me, logging my intake and output is a small price to pay timewise for a much better handle on my energy balance and macro percentages.
