Actually ate fairly well yesterday but went overboard on drinks last night... but lost a few so no biggie. Doing a modified 5/2 diet but been doing my second fast day on Friday, weighing in before dinner and then enjoying Friday night. This week, will begin the super low cal days on Wednesday and Thursday to be followed by the same on Friday through dinner. Hoping to hit the 240s by Friday night.
114.8 kg Lost so far: 32.7 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
