I've not been able to exercise due to surgery which I hate. I've only just started going back intermittently as I'm so busy. I have a gut which is new for me and my confidence is crap. I'm a healthier weight than I used to be when I was stressed, but I've gone the other way and feel about of control. I really hope after this week I can get my head together be controlled.
63.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
