I'm doing a lot better job of following my desired WOE, and I love getting back to the weight lifting after being off for two weeks. I was out of town, then taken down by the flu. It's so good to be back!
56.8 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
