不該嫌體重下降緩慢每天有0.1也好說😓😓😓嫌棄的隔天就上漲0.1昨天下午娘家小弟帶兩個侄女來,就吃了幾根義美脆笛酥幾片洋芋片一點叉子餅(類燒餅),晚餐吃了一片拿坡里的義式燒肉和烤炸雞個一塊及一點芭樂和橘子,晚餐後還陪小弟和侄女去河堤散步兼跑步回,就這樣今早體重又漲了0.5😱😱😱
