What began as a low cal Friday went out the window after the evening weigh in. Too many of my wife's friends came over with great food. A little overboard on Sunday, too. A 1500 calorie day on Sunday couldn't right the ship. We will attack it again this week.
116.0 kg Lost so far: 31.4 kg.    Still to go: 23.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
