I have been a little more disciplined this week. David is not quite so poorly and I have been less stressed. It feels good to have just nudged under the twelve stone but it still seems a long way to go.
75.7 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
