Okay finally the scale moved a little. I haven't really been overly concerned as these weeks have been stressful for me and stress makes the body act in weird ways. However, I am going to keep on keeping on and being kind to my body and treating it well. I know that the outcome will be positive.

I hope everyone has a great day - be kind to yourself.

Good work Jaime, your going to come through the other side of this stronger and more determined than ever. Keep the numbers coming, just think how good your going to look by summer time and when DD returns from Boot Camp.

Thanks y'all! I have been crying today and I know it will continue but trying not to do it around DD. I committed to DD that I will work out everyday so she knows while she is busting her butt that I am too. I think I will create a challenge so I can check in..lol
