I've lost some of my self-discipline. Chocolate and ice cream attract me. We eat out more often for lunch. I've been drinking wine for the last several days, never a good thing for my dietary goals. We have Valentines' Day ahead which we will celebrate with our family at a nice restaurant. I plan lunches ahead with friends. Lent is coming, a time of reflection and reordered priorities. I have hope.
58.2 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
