Eggs are good cholesterol also it’s a very short term diet 3 to 5 days, and I ate 6 a day and a table spoon of fat with each egg so for instance an egg salad with 3 tablespoons of homemade mayo and 3 eggs then a 3 eggs omelette with mct oil in a coffee, You are also aloud 3oz of cheese a day so I smacked on cheese strings. I’m going back to my regular keto diet today but easing myself in so hopefully not put back the weight I’ve dropped!
