The good news is, there will be no eating of tasty hats today! 😂
I hope I can maintain my exercise regime, but with the weather set to change, I may have to forego my walking. I think the trick will be, not to be disappointed next weekend if I haven't lost the same amount. 😊
83.5 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
