Day 1 of a planned 2 days of eating

Yesterday I planned to only have 50 carbs. I did well until around 8:00pm and then I decided to have one cookie…

Ended the day at 140 carbs. Oh well it could have been-much-worse.

I plan to do an 11 mile 🏃🏾‍♂‍ run today. That should help things…
