Doing a PSMF. I started a couple of days ago. Probably lost a good 5 lbs already from water weight but the scale was out of batteries so it’s hard to be precise. I’ve got a plan to be on this for two weeks and reevaluate then.
105.6 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
