This has made me extremely happy this morning. Now the journey begins. Driven by huge calorific deficit and introduction of light exercise (2 brisk walks at lunch 2.5k each and a full days rehearsal with my fabulous chorus).
143.9 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 58.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
