Ok I’m back. Last week SUCKED! I only ended up getting exercise in 1 day because my son got sick with pneumonia and as a single parent, it was exhausting taking care of him. Poor guy! He’s all better now (well, still has a little cough) so Momma is back on track. Yesterday was a holiday, so I forgot to track everything, but I did get my exercise in!!! Back at it full force today with tracking food and exercising!!!!
61.1 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
