Btw, if my numbers seem strange, it’s because they are/were.

I injured myself and couldn’t do much exercise for almost two years. In that time I maintained weight ‘fairly well’, but got very “soft” compared to how I normally like to look and feel.

- So my first goal recently (now injury-free) was to drop 10 lbs of fat. I did that quickly. That goal was 170 lbs.

- Second goal is to put back on 15 lbs of muscle to get to 185 lbs. I’m at around 174-176 depending,on the day so I still have a long way to go.

This is a very, VERY ambitious goal for a 54 year old man, but if I can get there... look out! 😁
I’ve been at that size and weight before (before I got injured) and it’s the best I’ve ever looked or felt, so it’s a lofty but hopefully realistic (?) goal.
