feel less heavy overall today but arms still feel heavy i need to cutout late night eating but i also know I'm gaining muscle. just going keep seeing how clothes fit.
68.9 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 16.7 kg a Week
