Working on going with more veggies and fruit and less meat. Still doing a bit of chicken and eggs though.

Using less fat to cook with the instant pot and not eating fried foods of any kind.

Trying to go meatless at least 2 to 3 times a week and finding it hard when hubby isn't about to change his habits even though he is borderline diabetic.

I am happy to say I have maintained and lost a bit even with the holidays and not eating as healthy as I wanted, but at least I didn't gain a huge amount either.

Trying to stay focused and positive.
134.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 75.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
