I ate fairly well over the weekend and actually got a decent amount of activity in, but then yesterday afternoon got a flare up of one of my autoimmune disorders so I know the scale will be higher than it would otherwise for at least a few days due to fluid and inflammation. Will try to keep that in mind that the "real" number will probably (hopefully) be lower if it weren't for the flare up. C'est la vie!
66.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
