I've been back on 1000cals a day last week and, despite having a few of the last pieces of Christmas cake, I'm sooooo relieved that the scales are going in the right direction again ⬇️!
It is disheartening to have to lose the weight again but at least I know I can do it.
98.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am doing the same, trying not to go past 1000 calories and only eating plant based foods. 10 days in and nearly 4GK down. It definitely works eating much fewer calories
