I am hoping for a lasting change in what I eat. trying to change the chemistry in my brain to lessen my cravings for carbs and sweets.
71.7 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week

It's just as much the fat as the carbs unless you're splurging on fruit.

I find eating fresh fruit helps me.
