Between back to work, breaking my toes, and starting my pumping routine I haven't eaten the best the past 2 days but am well aware of it. Biggest challenge right now is that pumping makes me CRAVE sweet treats, namely cookies, and I get SUPEar hungry. Eating the bad stuff for this week but have all the ingredients either on hand or on order to make some banana flax seed lactation mini muffins this weekend. Those will satisfy my craving while helping my milk supply, so just trying not to eat too many cookies until then :)
