I'm happy with my success so far in working my plan. I've lost almost a pound over the last week, I'm back to my weight lifting, adding in long beach walks on off days, and planning to do some stationary biking at least once this week. The daily meditation already helps keep me more focused and relaxed, and my blood pressure is back close to where it should be. And no alcohol since New Years Eve!
58.0 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
