wanted to take the fur babies for a walk but it pouring rain. so I came to the club house across from my house. going to do some bicycle and very light weight. the thing is to stay active.
95.3 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
