A start .... early weigh in (4 days) as want to check progress every Sunday. Back to gym and walks, but yet to get to the right food habits - a bit difficult after having got into a bad food habits over the last month!
93.1 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
