More or less staying steady. With all the traveling and the memorial service I was not as active or as strict on what I ate. The main thing is i did not gain. I feel good. ready to tackle the next 13 pounds.
74.1 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
