Wow! The two day 'fast' and workouts really had an impact! Down to 254.1 after a new low of 256.8 this morning! Did 3 kilometers at 4mph on an elliptical bike. Really happy with the results.
115.3 kg Lost so far: 32.2 kg.    Still to go: 22.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
