February was a tough month for me since we were gone a lot and I had lost my motivation for sticking strictly to the diet. I also started a new exercise routine which had me eating more. I'm happy to see I still lost weight, or at least didn't gain, but March will be a better month for the diet so I hope to see better results.
102.1 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
