I tried to ‘act right’ at the company potluck yesterday.
Not-a-chance 😆
This reminds me, there-is-no-controlling-myself 😒
Therefore, I must continue to be grateful for ‘fasting’ to ‘balance out’ the excesses when I eat.

Lol. That's exactly what I though when I saw your journal entry for yesterday .. something like .. keep carbs below 20 gm and in the same sentence a reference to company pot luck. No such luck ;)
