Incremental loss after a 1200 calorie day. Blood sugar 109. Read an article on the British diet where folks are fasting two days per week (600 calories) and eating regularly for the other five. Interesting. Falls in line with my practice of eating big for a day or two and then going low cal to break plateaus. Will consider doing it within my calorie limits.
117.3 kg Lost so far: 30.1 kg.    Still to go: 24.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
