Day 2 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting
I decided to have a Protein shake for dinner last night, so I am doing my regular ‘no solid food’ fast rather than a ‘water and heavy cream’ fast.
I was able to do a 3 mile run in the morning, so I am starting the week off well 👍🏾
My hope is to get down to 170lbs by Friday…
